Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any package returned without a confirmed return request email may be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Comes with obvious signs of use:

Open CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record.
Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.

In accordance with Article L221-4 of the Consumer Code, this reimbursement period may be deferred until the recovery of the product(s) and proof of their shipment (the date chosen is that of the first of these facts).

To complete your return, please mention your first and last name, your order number (available on the confirmation email received following your purchase) or the email address with which you placed your order.

Beyond 30 days, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange it for the same item or receive a refund, email us at or submit a request using the Contact Us option on our site.

Return of Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
