1- Are payments on your site secure?

Payments on www.tropstylé are perfectly secure. All the data that you communicate to us during checkout is protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. We have no access to your bank details, they are transferred in a coded and secure way to our bank.

2- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue.

To make a payment by credit card, simply indicate:

* The credit card number

* The name of the cardholder

* The validity date /month/year

* The visual cryptogram which corresponds to the 3 (or 4 digits) located on the back of your card

* Then click on the "Validate Payment" button

3- How is my order confirmed?

As soon as your order is registered, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. This contains your order references:

* The order number: to be kept in a safe place, it is this number that allows you to obtain information about your order from our customer service

* The date of your order and the delivery address

* The summary of the products ordered and the price you paid

Haven't received your order confirmation?

Most often, your confirmation email is in the "junk mail" (SPAM) folder of your Messaging.

If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will send you a new confirmation:

Do you want to change your order or any information relating to it?

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible so for any changes such as:

* Change of address or personal information

* Changing specifications like product, size, color

Buyers are allowed to change orders placed within 24 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled. Additional fees will be charged to buyers for any changes made to orders 24 hours after they are purchased.

Once your order has been confirmed, you can no longer modify it, it is recorded by computer and immediately sent to our logistics department for its preparation.

Exceptionally, it may be possible to change the size or color of a product, or the delivery address, within a maximum of 24 hours after the order has been registered. You can contact us by email at: contact@tropstylé

We will check whether the modification is possible and, if so, we will make the desired change.

Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with its summary will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after placing the order.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 7-15 business days. Depending on where you are located, you may receive the item much sooner. During busy periods, this time may increase by a day or 2. Occasionally packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as delays caused by customs or postal services.

If my order does not suit me, can I make an exchange or be refunded?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after the item has been delivered to you, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any package returned without a confirmed return request email may be refused.

The Buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the returned products and their delivery costs within fourteen (14) days of receipt by TropStyléGo of the notification of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal if the products have been received by TropStyléGo.

In accordance with Article L221-4 of the Consumer Code, this reimbursement period may be deferred until the recovery of the product(s) and proof of their shipment (the date chosen is that of the first of these facts).

Beyond 14 days, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, please mention your first and last name, your order number (available on the confirmation email received following your purchase) or the email address with which you placed your order.

Refund (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a given time frame.

Late or missing refund (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
